Insurance plans offered through Better Healing Zone are underwritten by third-party insurers and are governed by individual policy documents. Better Healing Zone acts as an advisory intermediary and is not liable for claim decisions, coverage denials, or policy modifications made by insurers.

Telehealth consultations are intended for non-emergency medical guidance, follow-up reviews, and wellness consultations. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately. Telehealth is not a substitute for in-person emergency care.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as communicated at the time of booking. Repeated no-shows may result in scheduling restrictions.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information to your care team. Failure to disclose relevant medical history, current medications, or allergies may compromise the safety and effectiveness of your treatment and is solely your responsibility.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Better Healing Zone — including health guides, wellness plans, and educational materials — are the intellectual property of Better Healing Zone and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Better Healing Zone shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in healthcare regulations, service offerings, or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email and patient dashboard at least 30 days before taking effect.
